What happens after subscription is cancelled?

If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to all data you entered into the app, you just won't be able to add new data.

Also, if you are stopping your subscription and will no longer be using the app, we highly recommend you export all the data in this case so you have a hardcopy of it.

You can export all of the app data in a few different ways:

1. You can create a doctor report from the Medical tab by going to Medical > Create Doctor Report > Full Data Report. These reports can be used in your discussions with your child's doctor.
2. You can email yourself your data from the Tools and Medical tab as .csv files by going to the app's Settings > Export Data.
3. You can email yourself records from any of the individual tools or medical section by tapping the "Email" button in the toolbar of each individual tool.
4. If you are using the Memories tab, you can also export a PDF eBook by going to the Memories tab, then tapping the PDF button in the bottom right of the toolbar.
