Delete my data

Our Sprout Care app does not require an account to use the app - we don't ask for a username/email or password. The data recorded in the app is only stored in your iCloud backup.

If you are no longer using the app, you can do the following:

1. Export any data you have entered (if you'd like to save for your records) by going to the app's More tab > Settings > Export Data. Here, you can email yourself .csv files of the data recorded in the app.
2. To delete the app's saved iCloud data, open Apple's Settings app > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage > Tap Sprout Care then tap Delete Data and then tap Delete to confirm.
3. If you have subscribed to the app, be sure to cancel your subscription. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase or by visiting Apple’s subscription management support page here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039
