Delete my data

Our Sprout Fertility & Period Tracker app does not require an account to use the app - we don't ask for a username/email or password. The data recorded in the app is only stored in your iCloud backup.

If you are no longer using the app, you can do the following:

1. Export data you have entered by going to the app's Today tab. Tap the "Action" button (square with up arrow) in the bottom left of the screen and email yourself the PDF.

2. To delete the app's saved iCloud data, open Apple's Settings app > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage > Tap Sprout (with the purple app icon) then tap Delete Data and then tap Delete to confirm.

3. Alternatively, you can do this from the app's More tab > Settings > Delete App Data. An alert will appear and follow the prompts.
