The way the sync process works across devices is the following (your devices need to be joined via Settings > Join Devices in order for devices to sync):
- An entry is made on one device (device A)
- Device B then pulls down on any table to refresh or can close and open the app to view the latest updates
- If the entry is not displaying on device B, on device A, you would need to check that all your entries have been backed up to our server. To do this, you go to "Settings > Backup and Restore". Check that all your entries are backed up. If they are not, tap the "Backup" button
- If you are still not seeing the entries, check that you are connected to the internet or cellular network.
