If you are seeing "N/A" next to "My PIN" in settings, this means that the app hasn't successfully connected to our backup server to generate one. This typically happens when there is a bad internet connection preventing the app to sync properly.
Can you try checking your internet connection, maybe trying from a different location and then closing and opening the app?
Then try going to More > Settings and you should then see a PIN number here. If you still don't, you can also try going to More > Settings > Backup and Restore and tap the "Backup" button.
