How do I track ‘as needed’ medications or supplements?

To track an ‘As Needed’ medication or supplement, you can tap the "Schedules" button in the Home tab bottom toolbar. Tap the “Add” button under Medications or Supplements, fill in the details and then tap Schedule > Frequency > As Needed and then tap the "Back" button to get back to the main Schedules screen to save it.

To take/record an ‘As Needed’ medication, tap the "+" button on the Home tab, tap "Medication" or "Supplement" and then at the bottom of this screen, you can tap your as needed medication to quickly populate the form fields and tap Save.
