If you are not receiving notifications, please do the following to check that notifications are enabled for Sprout Care:
- Go to Apple’s Settings app
- Scroll down application list and tap on Sprout Care
- Tap on notifications
- Turn on Allow Notifications
- Turn on Sounds, Badge App Icon and Show on Lock Screen.
